Shipping Policy

 

Free shipping: Every order ships free within the contiguous United States.

 

Where we ship: We currently ship to the 48 contiguous US states only. We can't ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories, or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

 

Processing time: Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

 

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within 5-10 business days from the day you order, including processing. Orders ship from US warehouses.

 

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

 

Holiday orders: Holiday carrier volume can add delays. For delivery before December 25, we recommend ordering by December 10.

 

Multiple items: Items in one order may ship separately and arrive on different days, at no extra cost.

 

Lost or late packages: If your tracking hasn't updated for 7 days, or your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days, email help@spacelaunchagency.com with your order number and we'll resend it or refund you.

 

Wrong address: Please double-check your address at checkout. Email us right away if you spot a mistake. We can update it until the order ships.
