Returns and Refunds

 

We want you to love your LaunchCoast order. If something isn't right, email us at help@spacelaunchagency.com and we'll make it right.

 

Damaged, defective or wrong item: Email us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund. You don't need to send the item back.

 

Change of mind: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused items in their original packaging. Email us first for return instructions, because returns sent without contacting us can't be processed. The customer pays return shipping. Once we receive and check the item, we'll refund the original payment method within 5-10 business days. Original shipping was free, so there is nothing to deduct.

 

Holiday returns: Gifts purchased between November 1 and December 24, 2026 can be returned until January 31, 2027 under the same conditions.

 

Non-returnable: Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or missing parts or original packaging.
