Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the contiguous 48 United States. Shipping is free. We do not currently ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US territories or APO/FPO addresses.
When will my order arrive?
Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days from the order date, including processing. Processing usually takes 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday excluding holidays. We email tracking when your order ships. Items in the same order may arrive separately at no extra shipping charge.
How does the hand-warmer offer work?
Add two Rechargeable Hand Warmers & Power Banks to your cart for a product subtotal of $79 before any applicable tax. The discount applies automatically; no code is needed.
Can I return an item?
For change-of-mind returns, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. The customer pays return postage. If an item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, email us within 30 days with your order number and a photo; we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, with no return required. Holiday purchases made November 1–December 24, 2026 can be returned through January 31, 2027. See our Returns & Refunds policy for full details.
My tracking has not updated. What should I do?
If tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your order has not arrived after 15 business days, contact us so we can help.
